Face Adhesive Vinyl Stickers

We have two options available for your Face Adhesive Stickers!

Static Cling Plus:  This adhesive applies with the ease of a static cling sticker, but has a light-tack adhesive to keep your stickers applied!   Our static cling plus adhesive stays applied in all weather conditions (unlike static cling stickers which have issues in heat/cold).  This adhesive works great for large format stickers as it allows you to work out the air bubbles with ease and remove with easy.  Can be removed without residue, repositioned and reapplied.

Permanent Adhesive:  This material is as permanent as a sticker can be for a glass install without damaging the glass!    Great for parking passes that you don’t want to be removed and reinstalled.  It’s aggressive enough to allow the stickers to stay applied in all weather conditions and permanent enough for the sticker to distort / stretch when removing.  For larger stickers, you would want to apply this material with soapy water to avoid air bubbles.

Minimum Order of 50 stickers for stickers that are 1″ x 1″ to 6″ x 6″ in size.  Lower minimums are possible for sticker sizes over 6″ x 6″.

Our Face Adhesive Stickers are printed in full color using CMYK printing, with white ink.  You can design your file to look exactly how you want it to look without any limitations. Design with no color, size or shape limits.  Submit your artwork for a Free Quote and we handle the rest!   Add in gradients, photographs, glows or whatever works for your application and we can print it in exact detail.

We have standard samples that are available upon request that we ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Start with our Free Quote Form and mention you would like some Free Samples.  We’ll reply via e-mail with a quote and ask for your address.  If our quote looks perfect for your project, we’ll be glad to send out some Free Samples the next business day.

We’re able to produce each sticker with a different number on each sticker, these numbers can be consecutive or random.  This will give each sticker a unique identifier which is perfect for identification of vehicles, unique product labels, or parking passes.  Your stickers will arrive to you stacked in order, ready to be applied.  We only need one artwork file (mention the font used for numbering) showing where you want the number to be placed.

If you need your stickers printed with a clear vinyl background, instead of a white or a solid color background, simply choose “clear vinyl background” when requesting your Free Quote.

Our Face Adhesive Clear Stickers are incredibly easy to apply inside of the glass and remove without residue.  We can print your one color to full color design onto clear vinyl, and you can apply the sticker inside of the glass.  We also print white under each color to ensure the colors in your design pop.  Be sure to let us know which areas in your design are to remain clear when filling out our Free Quote form.

Our maximum sticker size is 52″ wide by any length.  We can make any size in between, down to 1″ x 1″ in size.  We have a lot of flexibility when it comes to what shape and sizes we can produce.  We always work with you one on one to ensure your project goes as smooth as possible.  For example, with our computer controlled equipment, we can easily make a sticker that is 6.05″ x 5.01″ in size.  Some designs require very complex cut outs, which we have handled without any issues.   Our customers are incredibly creative and we find ways to make their projects happen!  If you aren’t sure if we can help, have your finalized artwork ready and start with a Free Quote.

Submit your artwork to us exactly as you want it to look when it’s a completed sticker.   Do not worry about adding in bleeds, safe areas or following any specific templates.    We can cut to any shape and size.  We operate incredibly accurate cutting equipment and if we need anything other than what you’ve submitted, we’ll let you know during the quoting process.   If you have a specific shape that you want us to use, add in a 1 point cyan cut line in Illustrator or Corel Draw.

We recommend designing your file at 300 or higher dpi if using Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software, but always design at least the same size or twice as large that you need your stickers printed in.  We will setup the cut line here once your order is placed if needed.   If using Illustrator or Corel Draw, design to size.  Optional:  Add in a 1 point cyan cut line to show us the shape you prefer.  Files will print closer to the accuracy of CMYK equivalent colors with nice, rich blacks.  Please only submit high-resolution, print-ready artwork in .JPG, .GIF, .EPS, .AI, .BMP, .PNG, .TIF, or .PDF file types.

Yes, all of our stickers can be written on with a Sharpie marker!  Our Face Adhesive stickers have the adhesive on the face of the sticker where you’ll be writing; simply mark directly on the adhesive, place the sticker back over on the backing and the sticker is ready to apply.  No adhesive transfer to the marker!

Please note, with enough pressure and effort, the Sharpie markings can eventually be rubbed off.  If your stickers will see a lot of direct wear and tear, we recommend adding as many elements as possible into your actual sticker design.
