We have a minimum order of 50 stickers for stickers that are under 6″ x 6″ in size.   For sticker sizes over 6″ x 6″ in size, we can generally produce less than 25 stickers per image.  Start with our Free Quote Form and get your project started!  We work with you one on one to ensure we can produce exactly what you need exactly how you need it.

How Your Colors Will Reflect:

• White Areas: Appear as a sleek, light silver during the day and reflect as bright white at night.

• Light Colors: Shades like yellow, light green, and red will brilliantly reflect their actual colors in the dark.

• Dark Colors: Deep tones like black, dark blue, or dark green will absorb light instead of reflecting it.

Design Tip: For maximum nighttime impact and contrast, combine bright, light colors alongside dark backgrounds or text!

We offer two convenient finishing options for your final layout:

• Sticker Sheets (Multiple per Sheet): Best for high-volume labeling, easy inventory management, and fast peeling.

• Cut Individually (Loose Stacks): Perfect if you need individual pieces ready to hand out, distribute, or include with retail products.

• Any Size: From small 1″ x 1″ tracking labels up to large 46″ wide prints by any length.

• Any Shape: Choose traditional shapes like circles or squares, with or without rounded corners, or let us precision contour-cut directly around the border of your custom logo.

Note: For basic artwork or minimal text, we can often go even smaller than 1″ x 1″—just let us know what your project requires on your quote request!

We can print a completely different number on every single sticker —whether you need a standard consecutive sequence or a random set of numbering including a QR code.   This creates a unique tracking identifier that is perfect for fleet vehicle tracking, parking passes, property tags, and inventory control.

To keep your workflow efficient, your final order will arrive trimmed, neatly stacked, and completely sorted in numerical order.

How to submit your numbering data:

• Standard Consecutive Runs: No data file required! Just let us know your preferred starting and ending range (e.g., 100–1000) when requesting your quote.

• Custom Variable Data: If you need specific alphanumeric codes, unique names, or random identifiers, just supply a standard Excel .csv or .xlsx file with your data listed in a single column for one set of data on your sticker, or multiple columns if your sticker requires multiple data changes per sticker, such as having a letter in one area, and a number in another, on the same sticker.

Design Note: Want the numbers placed in a specific spot? Simply include a note with your artwork file showing us exactly where you want the sequence positioned, and we will format the layout and font style to match seamlessly before sending your proof.

We make adding variable QR codes to your reflective stickers completely seamless.

• How it works: Provide us with a standard Excel .csv spreadsheet (we can help you set it up if you aren’t sure!), and we will print a unique QR code on each individual sticker.

• Placement: Send over your graphic and let us know exactly where you want the code placed—we’ll handle the alignment and layout matching for you!

Submit your artwork exactly how you want your finished sticker to look.

There’s no need to stress over setting up complex bleeds, safe areas, or following strict templates—our high-precision cutting equipment can handle any custom shape or size you throw at it.  If your design requires a highly specific or intricate cut path, simply add a 1-point cyan vector stroke to your file in Illustrator or CorelDraw or design your file with with a transparent background, add a white border, and save it as a PNG file.  We can use your white border as the cut line.  Otherwise, just send us your graphic as-is!  If we need to adjust anything to get a perfect cut, we’ll let you know right away when we reply to your quote request.

Artwork Setup & File Requirements:

• Vector Artwork (Illustrator / CorelDraw): Design your file at the exact print size you want. To show us your preferred shape, please include a 1-point cyan cut line. If you aren’t sure how, don’t worry—our team can add the cut line for you! Please make sure all fonts are converted to outlines.

• Raster Artwork (Photoshop): We recommend designing your file at 300 to 600 DPI at the exact print size you need. If your design features very small text or intricate tracking details, designing at a higher resolution ensures crisp edges.  Design with a transparent background to show us the contour of your sticker.  Add in an outside white border in your design to show us where to cut on the white border, add in an outside blue edge if you prefer us to cut on your blue edge.  No bleeds are generally necessary.

• Color Modes & File Types: We accept files designed in both CMYK and RGB color profiles. Please submit high-resolution, print-ready artwork in any of the following formats: .AI, .PDF, .EPS, .PNG, .JPG, or .TIF.

1. Arrange Data in Columns

• Open a fresh, blank spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Place your data into Columns (vertical columns), not rows.

• Single Set of Data: If your stickers only have one changing element (like a unique code or text string), list all your data down Column A.

• Multiple Sets of Data: If your stickers require multiple changing elements on the same piece (for example: a serial number in one spot and a matching asset name or barcode in another), use Column A for the first element and Column B for the second element.

2. Label Your Columns (Optional but Helpful)

• Use the very first row (Row 1) to name your column so we know exactly what it is (e.g., Serial Number, Asset ID, or QR Code Data).

3. Save as a CSV File

To ensure compatibility with our production software, you must save your spreadsheet as a .csv file:

• In Excel, go to the top menu and click File > Save As.

• Choose your folder destination, then locate the File Format or Save as type dropdown menu.

• Select CSV (Comma Delimited) (*.csv) from the list.

• Click Save. If Excel warns you about losing formatting features, just click Yes or Keep Format.

4. Upload Your File

Simply attach your newly saved .csv file directly to our Free Quote Form along with your artwork graphic, and our production team will handle the variable data layout for you!

Yes, all of our stickers can be written on with a Sharpie marker!   The laminate on our stickers allow the Sharpie to dry quickly and not rub off too easily.

Please note, with enough pressure and effort, the Sharpie markings can eventually be rubbed off.  If your stickers will see a lot of direct wear and tear, we recommend adding as many elements as possible into your actual sticker design.
