For stickers that are under 6″ x 6″ in size with print-ready artwork, we are able to produce an test run.  A test run is a great way to preview your larger sticker order if you’re unsure of how your design will look when printed.    The test run is completely optional and the cost is $25.00 with Free Shipping for a test run of 5 stickers.  Check the Test Run option when receiving your Free Quote.

We have a minimum order of 50 stickers for stickers that are under 6″ x 6″ in size.   For sticker sizes over 6″ x 6″ in size, we can generally produce less than 25 stickers per image.  Start with our Free Quote Form and get your project started!  We work with you one on one to ensure we can produce exactly what you need exactly how you need it.

When order your custom reflective stickers, you have the option to have us produce your stickers into sheets, or cut individually.  Smaller stickers can be easier to manage if cut into sheets, and larger stickers are easier to hand out if cut individually.   Let us know what you prefer when receiving your Free Quote and we’ll make it happen!

All of the white areas in your artwork will appear as a light silver during the day and reflect more of a white shade at night.  Lighter colors in your artwork, such as yellow, light green or red will reflect as these colors at night.  Darker colors, such as dark blue, black or dark green won’t reflect.  Design your artwork to have a combination of both light and dark colors for the best reflective results.

We can produce your stickers from 1″ x 1″ (sometimes smaller for more basic artwork) up to 46″ wide by any length.  Every shape is available, and for most orders we’re able to contour cut around the outside of your logo to give your reflective stickers a custom shape.

We’re able to produce each custom reflective sticker with a different number on each sticker, these numbers can be consecutive or random.  This will give each sticker a unique identifier which is perfect for identification of vehicles, unique product labels, parking passes, and more.

Your stickers will arrive to you stacked in order, ready to be applied.

For custom numbering with unique numbers and characters:  Simply provide us with an excel .csv document with all of the numbers in a single row, and we can generate the numbering using your file and a font of your choice.  For more basic numbering, simply let us know a number range (example: 100-1000).

 If you would like your numbering to be inserted into a specific area of your logo or design:  provide us with your graphic file and numbering document for unique number and character combinations, for more basic consecutive numbering, we do not need an excel document, simply let us know a numbering range (example: 100-1000) for your order.

Looking for having a unique QR code printed on each reflective sticker?  We can handle this with ease!  Using data from your excel file (.CSV format) we can insert a unique QR code onto each sticker.   Let us know where you would like the QR code inserted into your Reflective Sticker artwork and we’ll place them with unique data throughout your sticker order!   Start with our Free Quote Form to get your custom QR code order started – we have an option on the form to let us know you’ll be inserting unique QR codes!

Submit your artwork to us exactly as you want it to look when it’s a completed sticker.   Do not worry about adding in bleeds, safe areas or following any specific templates.    We can cut to any shape and size.  We operate incredibly accurate cutting equipment and if we need anything other than what you’ve submitted, we’ll let you know during the quoting process.   If you have a specific shape that you want us to use, add in a 1 point cyan cut line in Illustrator or Corel Draw.

We recommend designing your file at 600+ dpi and designing your artwork in double the size you need your stickers made in if working with Adobe Photoshop.   If using Illustrator or Corel Draw, design to size, add in a 1 point cyan cut line to show us the shape you prefer, or we can add in the cut line.  Files can be designed in CMYK or RGB colors.  Please only submit high-resolution, print-ready artwork in .JPG, .GIF, .EPS, .AI, .BMP, .PNG, .TIF, or .PDF file types.

Yes, all of our stickers can be written on with a Sharpie marker!   The laminate on our stickers allow the Sharpie to dry quickly and not rub off too easily.

Please note, with enough pressure and effort, the Sharpie markings can eventually be rubbed off.  If your stickers will see a lot of direct wear and tear, we recommend adding as many elements as possible into your actual sticker design.
