Full Color Printing onto Clear Vinyl

Our custom clear stickers have no color limitations.  Our custom clear sticker process allows us to print full color, CMYK graphics, and even gradients onto clear vinyl.  Does your project require a photograph to be printed onto clear vinyl?  We can handle it.  From one color artwork to photographs, we can produce your durable, outdoor clear stickers.

Minimum Order

Minimum Order of 50 stickers for stickers that are 1″ x 1″ to 6″ x 6″ in size.  Lower minimums are possible for sticker sizes over 6″ x 6″.

We have standard samples that are available upon request that we ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Start with our Free Quote Form and mention you would like some Free Samples.  We’ll reply via e-mail with a quote and ask for your address.  If our quote looks perfect for your project, we’ll be glad to send out some Free Samples the next business day.

Consecutive Numbering Option: We can number each sticker individually

We’re able to produce each sticker with a different number on each sticker, these numbers can be consecutive or random.  This will give each sticker a unique identifier which is perfect for identification of vehicles, unique product labels, or parking passes.  Your stickers will arrive to you stacked in order, ready to be applied.  We only need one artwork file (mention the font used for numbering) showing where you want the number to be placed.

Maximum and Minimum Sticker Size

Our maximum sticker size is 52″ wide by any length.  We can make any size in between, down to 1″ x 1″ in size.  We have a lot of flexibility when it comes to what shape and sizes we can produce.  We always work with you one on one to ensure your project goes as smooth as possible.  For example, with our computer controlled equipment, we can easily make a sticker that is 6.05″ x 5.01″ in size.  Some designs require very complex cut outs, which we have handled without any issues.   Our customers are incredibly creative and we find ways to make their projects happen!  If you aren’t sure if we can help, have your finalized artwork ready and start with a Free Quote.

Recommended File Types

Vector artwork designed in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw (.EPS / .AI) is highly recommended for Clear Vinyl Stickers.  Please only submit high-resolution, 300+ dpi print-ready artwork in .JPG, .GIF, .EPS, .AI, .BMP, .PNG, .TIF, or .PDF file types.   Use only CMYK colors, no Pantone colors.

How to define Cut Lines

To define a custom cut line or lines, simply draw in a solid 1 point cyan line around your artwork.  Our cutting process is incredibly precise, set them how you want them to look, if we see any issues, we’ll let you know during the quoting process.   If you would like to note within the workspace or layers panel which is the cut line, we’ll find this helpful as well. How to setup your files

No file templates are needed for our clear stickers.  We are able to work with nearly any high-resolution artwork and will be in touch with you directly if we see any issues with your file.  Do not worry about adding in bleeds, safe areas or following any specific templates.  Clear stickers require high resolution artwork (600+ dpi designed at print size) if designed in Adobe Photoshop, or vector artwork (.EPS or .AI) if designed in Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw.  Design your files using CMYK colors, do not design using Pantone colors.

Clear Sticker Printing that doesn’t blend in

Unlike other custom clear stickers, our stickers maintain bright colors even when applying to dark surfaces.  Most clear stickers are not printed with any white ink, so when applying to a dark surface, the printed colors simply blend in and accept the colors of the surface.  This isn’t ideal and your stickers will instantly lose their vibrant colors.

Our under layer of white creates a block out layer between the application surface and the colors, making the colors pop.  This is incredibly important when applying to car windows, labeling products or even using our clear stickers as labels on an uneven colored surface like a cardboard box.  If your artwork requires just white ink onto clear vinyl, our white ink stays nice and bright on all surface colors.
